Skyward Family Access
Parents are able to Access Family Statements on line to check a balance, or review charges by student through family access.
Click on the Check Account Balance Button or the link on the District Home Page.
Payments by check or cash are accepted in each building with the office secretary. Please use an envelope, clearly marked with the student’s first and last name, and Family ID Number.
Skyward online payments on a secure and user friendly web site provide easy accessibility to your student’s account.
Automated phone messages or emails will also be sent when the family balance drops to $20 so there is ample time for a payment to be brought in. Secondary students will also be reminded in line. If the family account has a zero balance, no A la Carte items can be purchased.
Students who receive free or reduced price meals have the same lunch options as students who pay full price, however A la Carte snack items are not included with lunch. Students who purchase them on account are charged full price, regardless of whether they receive free or reduced price meals. Parents should discuss purchasing guidelines with their children in advance to prevent unwelcomed charges to their account.
Any money remaining at the end of the school year will be transferred with the student to the next grade.
Skyward Online Payments
Skyward is the computerized prepayment system for school meals in our district. Students use a pin number to access their account in the lunch line. Skyward is declining balance system, similar to a checking account. Money must be in the account in order to purchase lunch, extra milk or a la carte items. There is no maximum amount that you can pre-pay, and there are options that make it easy for you to keep track of your family account and make payments.

Can I limit my child purchases on a la carte?
Yes, you may put a dollar limit on the account per child or block the A la Carte option entirely. You just need to call our office at 885-7300 ext. 2137 and we will set that up for you.
