Kid’s in the Kitchen Class with Chef Brian

Students at the Intermediate School learned how to make a Pizza from scratch with Chef Brian during our first Kids in the Kitchen Class. They made fresh dough, pressed it out, and customized their pizza with their favorite toppings.

We are looking forward to promoting fresh foods and teaching students more cooking skills in these monthly classes!

When I see beautifully colored dark red rhubarb, I am brought back to my childhood enjoying the tart, yet sweet flavor, of my grandmother’s rhubarb pie on a sunny spring day. I am also aware of the wonderful health benefits rhubarb has to offer.
